Items that have been unsealed cannot be returned. Unsealed means that the plastic film (original packaging) has been removed.

This means that used or sprayed products unfortunately cannot be taken back.

If you are not sure whether you like the fragrance before ordering, you can order a bottle (3 ml) in advance or in addition to test the fragrance before purchasing or opening the original size. If you don't like it, you can then return the original size unopened.

We ship your order within Germany with DHL as a parcel (insured and with tracking). If the order is for bottlings, we ship them as books/goods shipment.
