Regalien is a modern fragrance house from Istanbul that unites the rich tradition of oriental perfumery with a clear, contemporary signature. Founded by brothers Bilen and Varol Besen, the brand stands for a new interpretation of classic fragrance worlds: inspired by history, ritual and cultural depth, yet deliberately composed to feel wearable and approachable today. The fragrances are created in collaboration with renowned perfumers and are distinguished by high-quality raw materials, often in Extrait concentration, and a palpable emotional dimension. Sometimes soft and enveloping, sometimes bold and surprising – each creation tells its own story and is made for those who seek more in a fragrance than simply a beautiful scent.

We are Luca (27) and Lina (23) – Germany’s youngest niche perfumery. With our boutique in Mannheim, we turned a shared passion into our profession: long-time perfume collectors, now authorised retailers of selected niche brands.
